You can arrive anytime from 2:00 PM onwards. Departure is required by 11:00 AM. If you want to arrive earlier or stay longer, we will be happy to accommodate you if possible. 

Comfortably for ten people on ten beds. The cottage is designed for rental by one, two, or more friendly families with children or a group of friends

• In case of cancellation more than 30 days in advance, no cancellation fee will be charged
• In case of cancellation within 30 to 7 days in advance, we will be happy to arrange another date with you, or we will charge a cancellation fee of 50%
• In case of cancellation within 6 to 0 days, we charge a cancellation fee of 100%

Cancellations must be made via email. The cancellation fee is a contractual penalty. In the case of cancellation for particularly serious reasons, a change of date or adjustment of the above conditions may be possible by mutual agreement
